Zagreb Bus Station customers may purchase bus tickets from the comfort of their home via the Zagreb Bus Station website.

Tickets can be paid for with Maestro, MasterCard and VISA cards. No more than 4 tickets can be purchased at once.

The purchase process offers the options of ticket type, discount and desired seat. Please note that if the customer has selected a discount when purchasing a ticket online, the carrier may, according to the Online Ticket Sale General Terms and Conditions (Art. 3 item 3.3), request evidence that the customer is eligible for the selected discount. If the customer fails to provide evidence, he/she shall make additional payment for the difference up to the full ticket price. If the customer rejects to pay for the price difference in the above event, the carrier reserves the right to prevent the customer from boarding the vehicle.

The online ticket purchase procedure is very simple. Using the "Departures-Arrivals" app, the customer selects the desired destination and travel date and clicks the "Search" button for a timetable overview. The timetable, along with stations and prices, also includes the "Buy" option for destinations eligible for online ticket purchase. Please note that tickets can be purchased online no later than one hour before departure, and the "Buy" option is not displayed for buses departing within the next hour.
